Anger Management
It’s all about best ways to manage anger
Anger is a normal emotion; everyone gets angry at some point in life. It is perfectly okay to get angry. However, holding on to that anger can be extremely harmful psychologically, emotionally, physically and socially.
In most cases, anger is the emotion that is used to cover up a lot of other emotions that one isn’t willing to confront. For example, if you went through a terribly embarrassing phase, or were bullied or are lonely and hurting, it is easy to be triggered to an angry fit. Anger may also come about as a result of unresolved trauma.
By now, you have probably realized that your anger is triggered by a situation, a thing or a person. You probably already know how you feel when you are about to go off. You do know that you have uncontrollable impulses which result in serious consequences. Congrats! Knowing these things is the first step to getting better.
